Sokszor mondják, hogy olyan finomakat főzök, de... Túl sok vagy túl extra alapanyagokat használok.

Erre a receptre csak a finom igaz, a bonyolultság vagy az extra alapanyagok nem.

Végtelenül egyszerű, gyors és bárki elkészítheti szinte annyi idő alatt, amíg a tészta megfő.

Pedig finom...

Én akkor szeretem igazán a sütőtök ízét és az állagát, ha nem sütöm. Ha csak egy zöldségféléhez hasonló módon pirítom, roppanós lesz, nem annyira édes és nagyon finom.

Nagyon gyorsan és egyszerűen elkészíthető ez a recept és aligha találsz valakit a családban, aki ne rajonga érte és ne kérne még belőle. Ha pedig kér, akkor adj is neki...

A Valentin nap minden évben beköszön és Magyarországon is egyre többen megünneplik. Köszöntheted barátaidat is ezen a napon, de azért ha szerelemmel szeretsz valakit, akkor ezt az alkalmat kihasználhatod arra, hogy újra elmondd neki mennyire szereted. Párolt zöldségek, fekete rizs és egy kis bio tofu... Nézzük az egészség oldaláról: kell ennél vitamin és ásványi anyagokban gazdagabb étel, ráadásul kíméletes konyhatechnikai eljárással elkészítve? Színekben sem mondhatni visszafogottnak az összeállítás: zöld, fekete, fehér, narancssárga... Ja, és az ízek... Ha szereted az enyhén távol-keleti hatásokat, akkor örömöd lelheted a thai mogyoróvajkrém szósz domináns ízében.

Sokan szeretik a távol-keleti ízeket, akárcsak én, különösen a thai konyhára jellemző ízeket.

Sokakat ugyanakkor visszatart a nehezen beszerezhető alapanyagok listája. Ebben a receptben semmi olyat nem találsz, aminek a beszerzése akár egy prémium szintű hipermarketben is ne lenne beszerezhető, másrészt az egyes alapanyagok helyettesíthetőek hétköznapibb alternatívával.
